Easy Hummus & Tapenade Dip

I made this for my daughter's baby shower so I had omitted the goat cheese/feta- it all got eaten regardless but feel free to add them for that little extra zing!

Hummus & Tapenade Dip (The easy version)

Choose a nice large flat plate.
Toss down a couple handfuls of baby spinach leaves.
Empty a nice container of store bought hummus (plain) into the center of the plate.
Dump a container of Trader Joe's olive tapenade over the top.
Sprinkle about a cup each of diced fresh tomato, cucumber, some green onion (both white and light green parts) and whole Kalamata olives over the entire plate.
Fill a mug with fresh mint and flat parsley leaves and use your kitchen scissors to mince them into a finely chopped size. Sprinkle over the top of the dip.
Serve with toasted pita chips.

Enjoy!
